Urban Renewal
GROFIT is a well-established real estate development and construction company with over 50 years of experience in the industry. Recognized by the Ministry of Construction and Housing as an “Unlimited Marketing Company”, GROFIT holds the highest contractor classification (G-5) in the Contractors Register.
GROFIT operates both as a developer and builder, taking full responsibility for the entire process—from initial planning to the final handover of apartments to the client.
Over the years, GROFIT has built thousands of residential units across major cities, moshavim, and kibbutzim, alongside commercial centers, office buildings, assisted living facilities, and more.
Since 2010, the company has been active in the field of urban renewal, leading TAMA 38 and evacuation-reconstruction (Pinui Binui) projects in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Petah Tikva, Yavne, Ness Ziona, Pardes Hana, and others, with hundreds of units in various stages—from early planning to fully occupied developments.
The company is owned by Mr. Amir Rechlevsky, a Technion graduate in civil engineering with extensive experience in real estate, who has served as the company’s CEO for many years.
