The three buildings that make up the third phase of the project are the natural continuation of phases A and B, which featured luxurious cottages and beautiful apartments. In these buildings as well, the planning is meticulous, and the materials and construction are of the highest possible standard.

These buildings have 7 floors, with a facade that overlooks the open view of the red rooftops and the agricultural school. The buildings were designed by top architects and were functionally planned to provide their residents with the high quality of life they expect.
