- Assisted Living – Pardes Hana
In the heart of one of Israel’s most beautiful areas, overlooking pastoral landscapes and agricultural fields, a unique assisted living project is set to rise in Pardes Hana.
Project Overview:
- 249 residential units
- 3,000 sqm of commercial, leisure, and sports facilities
- 250 sqm public building (conservatory)
- Two air directions for every apartment
Strategically located near the center of Pardes Hana-Karkur, adjacent to the BIG shopping center and Shoham Medical Center, the project allows residents to enjoy a peaceful rural atmosphere while maintaining close access to essential services.
This project is designed as affordable senior housing, offering fair and accessible pricing tailored to the local community.
With an innovative and open approach to community life, the project encourages integration between the assisted living residents and the wider Pardes Hana population.
Built to high environmental standards, the project emphasizes green building, energy efficiency, and sustainability. It will be the first residential building in Israel to be constructed under the LEED standard for housing, featuring green roofs and a community garden to create a high-quality, enjoyable living experience.
At the heart of the project are two historic buildings to be preserved: the British-era officers’ club and the Beit Goren hatchery. These structures will be restored and repurposed—one into a restaurant and performance bar, and the other into creative and art spaces for both residents and the broader community.
